Concept
The mini collection, a collaborative effort among four students, transforms discarded garments into new creations through upcycling. Inspired by Alexander McQueen’s edgy sophistication, they delicately detached parts of a jacket, maintaining its silhouette, and draped them on a mannequin to craft new shapes.
Deconstructed t-shirts were repurposed into intricate floral embellishments, adding a whimsical touch. The resulting three garments blend McQueen’s style with a contemporary twist, showcasing innovation, craftsmanship, and a commitment to sustainable fashion.
